Sting Operations On Vape Shops Across The Nation!

Across the country the Center of Disease Control and Prevention or the (CDC) conducted an inspection on 59 random vape shops to come up with a report that they are using to describe the effects of how people sell their products. These operations were help on 31 vape retail shops, 27 manufacturers, and 1 that was neither a brick and mortar. The whole aim of the inspections was to see how they practiced their safety laws and rules for the business that they conducted. When we look deeper this was to see if these retailers and manufacturers followed the rules set in place by the FDA. The CDC found that of the 59 stores that were inspected 31 were retailers that sold only finished products and did not manufacture any dorm of the products apart from what they had received from manufactures. I mean really what were they expecting to find, people making their own products? Of the entities 27 sold both products and manufacture the products to sell to customers, and 1 only manufactured by not selling directly to customers.

So, what were the details focused on by this sting operation that was reported. They wanted to see which companies were actual entities that were doing business. Usually they had 3 members of staff and always worked under a subsidiary or affiliate company. They also noted that stores were in fact not mixing their own juices on site. At one point this is now illegal to do in some states as safety practices for customers are not being followed. There actually is no guideline for this. The use of the ingredients included, nicotine, vegetable glycerin, flavoring, and propylene glycol. With labels to attach to these products they were considered onsite manufactured products. Amazing how the FDA was inspecting this secretly during 2016 and no one has come forward to what they were looking for, other than trying to put more restrictions on vaping.
Now the lack of quality assurance, standard operating procedures as well as the lack of standardized job training might have consumers receiving products that are sketchy to say the least. This was the whole reason why the FDA made regulations on building coils, mixing juices, and testing juices illegal.

Omari-o is glad that we are able to be apart of the vaping retail and manufacturing process. With our products being safe and soon to be certified by the FDA as we work towards our PMTA laws and having our products distributed without a hitch!
