GOODBYE PUFF BARS : FDA REMOVES DISPOSABLES

The FDA released news that it will begin the process of stopping the distribution of the brand of fruity disposable e-cigarettes that are popular with teenagers, saying the company never received permission to sell them in the U.S.
It is the beginning of the Food and Drug Administration to send a Cease and Desist order to stop the selling of the Puff Bar e-cigarettes from the market within 15 business days, including flavors like Mange, Pink Lemonade, and Strawberry. The agency sent warning letters to nine other companies either selling similarly unauthorized e-cigarettes or nicotine solutions that look good to children.
The issue is the FDA did not see the disposables right away because they were to fixated on JUUL at the time. Making sure that they removed the flavors from the market that JUUL was providing for the public. Now under this new policy the FDA has noticed the loophole of the disposable vape products exactly like Puff Bar coming onto the market.
At Omari-o we have our own vape disposable called the O-Bar and we are looking to release it to market soon in the future. But because of the FDA regulations in the USA we probably will not release certain flavors to the market. Our popular and growing markets can be seen in Malaysia and Indonesia as they welcome the Vape industry with open arms to help stop the tobacco smoking.
For months, the FDA has been consumed with the coronavirus outbreak, reviewing new tests and treatments. Earlier this year, the agency suspended in-person inspections at vape shops and convenience stores aimed at enforcing sales restrictions. Late last year, the U.S. raised the legal age to purchase e-cigarettes and all other tobacco and vaping products from 18 to 21.
