There are two companies that have been complained against in a Florida complaint against vape related juices aiming its sales at children. Under age vaping in the U.S.A is what sparked this whole new mandate on law against the industry of vaping. If we look at the bigger picture anyone would know that kids were able to get there Vape products online because online sales for products does not have a full proof system to make sure that kids are not ordering the products. Online sales should be banned as that is probably the prime way children are getting their vape products.
Stores are able to check ID’s and make sure that the items are sold to people who are of age. The brick and mortar stores for vape are the only real way to ensure that vape products do not end up in the hands of children from the start.
Florida has filed a complaint against these 2 companies for now, which are Monster Vape Labs and Lizard Juice, LLC. But 19 other companies are under investigation in the Florida city now.
The investigation showed the defendants used marketing tactics including labeling similar to some children breakfast cereal products and video games giveaways to entice children to buy their addictive products,” said Moody. “As a mother, I’m angered and appalled at this blatant attempt to attract minors to addictive products.
