 Looking at the trend of vaping from around the world, there have been many rapidly changing agendas over the past decade. From the status of vaping as a method to quit smoking, age range for purchasing the devices, flavors of commonly known candy types, and the ever-growing popularity of these products to the younger age crowd. Yes, it does look like this popularity has become troublesome because let's face it, it is the new age way of smoking, only your vaping. Just like when our parents were smoking for reasons such as, status, popularity, and just something to do, we now Vape instead. While Omari-O pays close attention not to advertise anything that is not legal or known to attract that of the younger generation many companies have been ridiculed for doing so. Looking at the lawsuits that are now hitting the media and mainstream, getting the government involved, we now must manage our Vape companies with the upmost safety in mind for our customers.
Our regulators and legislators have used some strategies to keep adolescents from getting their hands on vape products and so far, the common one around the world has been how old you must be to buy vape products.
Just like with alcohol in the states, enforcing a legal minimum sales age is not the perfect solution, but it is a reliable way to reduce teen vaping. Law enforcers are aware that they must watch out for a black market emerging for the vape products. Even though many countries allow vaping some still have banned it all together. Which is a shame as this method we have seen firsthand help people stop smoking.
          Thinking about other countries it matters which one you're in, when they consider you at the age of adulthood. For example, in the USA          the  legal   age you are considered an adult is 18 but in order to purchase vape products or alcohol you must be 21. The USA and its laws are      some of the   most confusing laws for international foreigners to understand and can we blame them, it is simply confusing. There are 50 states    in the USA   and 14 territories ruled by the USA, all 50 states have their own laws that they follow known as a State Law. That’s 50 states with      possibly all   different laws and ways that they would like to enforce them. Another good example is Nevada in the USA near where Las Vegas      is  prostitution   is allowed in some parts of the state. That means brothels are legally run and pay tax dollars to the government for their work,      unbelievable   right,  wrong. In the largest vaping market in the world – the United States – the legal vaping age is NOW 21.
  The United States government passed a federal tobacco 21 law in 2019. The new measure, included in the year end federal appropriations bill,    was signed into effect by President Trump on Dec. 20, and took effect immediately. This was a huge turning point for the USA and barely              anyone  complained. Since states had already placed their own State Law on the age restrictions some even enforcing the higher age limit years before it became Federal Law. Even products with Zero Nicotine, just e-liquid is now deemed against the law as e-liquid has been claimed as a tobacco issued product.

The age to vape in countries around the world

Aside from countries that have banned vapes, and those that have no vaping regulations, most nations simply use the legal adult age to set the minimum age to buy vapor products.
Some countries have a national legal age, but individual states or provinces set legal ages that are higher. Canada, for example, has a national minimum age of 18, but many provinces and territories have set 19 as the age to buy vaping products. In Australia sales of nicotine-containing consumer products (except cigarettes) are illegal, but non-nicotine vapes are allowed, and the age to purchase varies from state to state.
