If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.

Warranty Time :

Omari-o guarantees that under normal use, the omari-o product you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period of this product starts from the day after you receive the goods. If you cannot provide valid evidence such as purchase invoices, the warranty start date will be extended by 90 days from the factory date shown on the machine or omari-o provides .
